Angela Nelson has more than 15 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their parents. She is the Vice President & Executive Director of Clinical Services at Rethink Benefits, overseeing a team of clinicians and generating content to support and empower families. Angela has a master’s degree in Counseling and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She lives in sunny Los Angeles, has 2 daughters and loves the outdoors.
Kristin Bandi has been working with children with developmental disabilities for more than 14 years. Kristin has worked with various ages and developmental disabilities, in a variety of settings, including owning and operating an ABA therapy center for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. With parent training being a professional focus, Kristin has conducted many parent training seminars on various topics. Currently, Kristin works at Rethink as the Director of Family and Clinical Services. Kristin lives just outside Washington, D.C., has two young children, and loves spending time with family and friends.
